Intermediate Test - New HSK Level 3 - Test 5

HSK Level 3 contains 80 questions of which 40 test your Chinese listening and 40 questions test your Chinese reading and writing comprehension. The new HSK level 3 test is designed to test the candidates’ ability to use daily Chinese. It is for learners who with understanding of 600 basic Chinese words and related grammars.

1. Listening (40 questions and 35 minutes)

Part 1 (10): listen to the dialogue and select the relevant picture according to the content.
Part 2 (10): listen to the sentence and judge true or false according to the content.
Part 3 (10): listen to the dialogue and select the right answer.
Part 4 (10) : listen to the dialogue ( 4-5 sentences) and select the correct answer.

2. Reading (30 questions and 30 minutes)

Part 1 (10) : match sentences with the answers.
Part 2 (10) : fill-in the gap to complete the sentence.
Part 3 (10) : multiple choice questions. choose the relevant picture according to the sentence given
Part 2 (5) : fill-in the gap to complete the sentence
Part 3 (5) : judge whether the second sentence has the same meaning as the first one
Part 4 (10): match sentences with the answers.
